Apnea Specialists will provide the following services to all Sleep Centers in our network:

Marketing and Development Services: including referrals management, physician recruitment, multi-media marketing/advertising materials, and Internet Marketing Campaigns that drive referrals from healthcare professionals including DO’s, PA’s, and NP’s.

Operations: We manage the whole process of a sleep study; from scheduling, collection and analysis to the final report delivery to the prescribing physician.

Additional services include:

• Minimize expenses by management of empty beds.
• We train our clinical registered and non-registered staff.
• Contracting of AASM accredited physicians.
• Ensure that all paperwork necessary is promptly delivered for billing.
• Followup with patients and physicians to ensure service satisfaction.

Legal: have attorneys on retainer to ensure compliance.

Accounting: We contract with an Accounting Firm that submits monthly financials to individual members of each entity.

Accreditation – AASM or JCAHO

• We will work with all referring physicians to ensure feedback and Quality Control to meet insurance requirements.
• We will prepare all Policies and Procedures needed to ensure Accreditation and we will manage the accreditation process and audits.
• We will ensure compliance with all accreditation requirements. 
• We will coordinate the delivery of CPAP’s to all OSA positive patients and will schedule the follow up to ensure compliance to therapy.
