Apnea Specialists, Inc. (APSP) is a privately held sleep management company that helps physicians develop additional sources of income by establishing their own sleep centers. The process is simple and the return on investment can be substantial. We design the labs and have developed a network that will link all future sleep centers for centralized scheduling, billing, scoring and diagnostics. The purpose is to create a turnkey system that enables the sleep centers to be placed anywhere in the country and still be successful.

Experience and Knowledge

Ernest Diaz has 22 years experience in Sleep Medicine as a Respiratory Therapist and as a Sales Representative. His business experience includes running and growing one of the largest Durable Medical Equipment providers in the Los Angeles Area growing it from 6 employees to a total of 162. He has sold Sleep Diagnostics equipment in 20 different states in the USA giving him a unique perspective on the requirements of running a successful sleep center. Strong presentation and relationship skills made him the Sleep Diagnostic highest producing Sales Representative in 2006. Recently he was recruited to Oklahoma to be in charge of running all sales and operations for a premier Sleep Diagnostic provider in Oklahoma. Since Ernest has been running this operation it has delivered more than $350K in distributions to its members, all of this in its first established year.

Kevin Khoury is a native to Oklahoma. He was voted Oklahomas' Salesman of the year in 2007 and was inducted in the State Chamber of Oklahoma Hall of Fame. He has 27 years extensive experience of successful selling and management in the Healthcare and Medical Industry with experience in Financial Analysis, Management, Marketing and Sales and Client Relations. He has exceptional experience in Strategic Planning, Finance, Research and in the development of startups, capital formation and public companies. He is also experienced in Wall Street Interface, growth and organizational development. He has achieved success through unique team-building techniques, leadership, organizational development and intuition with respect to new and emergent market opportunities.
